Q: What materials can I include in my keepsake jewelry?

A: We work with a wide range of inclusions: hair, fur, ashes, fabric, breast milk, dried flowers, placenta, umbilical cord, and more! Unsure? Just ask us before ordering.

Q: How do I send my inclusions?

A: Once you place your order, you’ll get detailed mailing instructions to safely send your materials.

Q: How long does it take?

A: DNA keepsakes take 6-8 weeks after you place your order. Most of that time is the settings being made and shipped to me. Once we receive your materials we begin the preservation process to speed things along, so the faster you get them to us the better! Rush options may be available.

Q: Is breast milk jewelry safe and preserved?

A: Yes! We use a professional preservation process to ensure your milk is encapsulated, cured, and sealed safely.

Q: Do you really make clothing in all sizes?

A: Yes! We’re committed to radical inclusivity—from preemies to 5X and beyond. Every body is beautiful and deserves to be seen.

Q: Can I request custom themes, fabrics, or sizing?

A: Absolutely. Use our Custom Order Request Form to tell us what you envision.

Q: What’s the turnaround time?

A: Most custom clothing ships within 20-30 business days (Monday-Friday). You’ll be updated if your piece requires extra time!

Q: What is a floral preservation block?

A: We preserve your real flowers—like wedding bouquets, funeral arrangements, or baby shower florals—by embedding them in clear resin for a forever keepsake.

Q: What shapes, sizes and designs are available?

A: Choose from squares, rectangles, hearts, coffins, and more. Sizes range from small shelf décor to large centerpiece blocks.

Q: How do I send you my flowers?

A: After you checkout, you’ll receive packaging and shipping instructions. Flowers must be shipped fresh within 1–3 days of your event.

Q: Can I include extras like names or ashes?

A: Yes! We can include names, charms, lace, ashes, or small heirlooms. Just let us know during your order.

Q: How long does it take?

A: Floral blocks take 16-34 weeks after we receive your flowers, depending on the complexity and season.

Q: Will my flowers change color?

A: Some fading is natural, especially with reds and whites. We use gentle drying and UV-resistant resin to preserve as much beauty as possible.

Q: How do I care for my block?

A: Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Clean with a soft cloth—no harsh chemicals.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We currently ship within the U.S. For international orders, please contact us to discuss options.

Q: What are your shipping rates?

A: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 (U.S. only) qualify for free shipping.

Q: Can I return or cancel my order?

A: All custom items are final sale. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of ordering. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with you.
